Most recently, I was a Postdoctoral Associate in Philosophy at Harvard University. My project, funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation and jointly hosted with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, examined the epistemic risks of social media for how we form political beliefs.
Before arriving in Boston, I completed a PhD at the University of Edinburgh. My PhD thesis investigated evolutionary debunking arguments in ethics, supervised by Matthew Chrisman, Duncan Pritchard and Geoff Sayre-McCord. Prior to that, I attended the University of St. Andrews (MA Hons.) and Oxford University (B.Phil.). During the academic year 2016/17, I was a Visiting Lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
